Down Comforters
Down Decor carries a variety of thread counts, constructions, fills and sizes to enable you to build a bedding line that is customized to your needs.
The Fabric:
Choose from an entry level 230TC Cambric Weave Cotton, to a 330TC Sateen Weave Cotton. For a more luxurious appetite we offer a 350TC German Milled Batiste or a 310 Lyocel/Cotton blend. We offer many fabric options to meet a variety of needs. All of our fabrics are leak-free, downproof fabric that has been certified using European regulations according to Oko-Tex.
Construction:
Baffle Box Construction – allows the down to breathe, providing maximum loft for comfort. Sewn with 1.5” baffles to maximize comfort and fill power. Double stitched with piping for strength and durability.
Sewn Through Construction – eliminates down from shifting and provides year-round comfort. Double stitched with piping for strength and durability.
The Fill:
Hypo-Cycle Down™ is available in goose or duck ranging in fill power from 500 to 850. Since we directly source our down from Europe and Asia, custom blends can be achieved to meet individual preferences and price points. Hypo-Cycle™ fill is sterilized using a 4-cycle wash process which produces a Hypo-Allergenic product and meets all State and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations for bedding manufacturing, importing, and sterilization.
Down Blankets
Choose from a variety of colors and sizes to create the perfect accent to a room’s décor. The sewn-through construction and light weight fill provide warmth and comfort all year round. Fabric is 100% cotton in a 230 thread count. Decorative sateen flange is sewn as a border.
Down Mattress Pads
Constructed using 230 thread count cambric cotton in white. Single needle stitching with 8” diamond pattern quilting. A generous 20” deep skirt of Nylon and Lycra is attached to secure the mattress pad to the mattress.
